- Develop unique value propositions (UVP) and differentiation strategies for our products.
- Create customer-centric messaging for B2B audiences (advertisers, agencies, publishers).
- Conduct competitive analysis to refine positioning against rivals.

- Ability to align cross-functional teams (Product, Sales, Engineering and etc).
- Meet quarterly and annual revenue goals according to sales plan through a deep understanding of Mintegral’s products and ad inventory
- You will interface, negotiate and develop high-impact relationships with non-game app developers to build business partnerships and support company growth
- Develop and maintain excellent relationships with clients; ensure continuing relationships and an effective flow of information to deliver business objectives
- Structure and direct the entire sales process from account identification to close
- Support communication with inbound leads of varying sizes and contribute towards the ongoing development of the lead qualification process
- Manage multiple business initiatives in a start-up environment
- Coordinate with the Legal, Finance, and Marketing team to ensure compliance and resolve sales-related issues
- Conduct industry research for competitive benchmarking and to identify new market trends and opportunities
- Represent Mintegral at industry events, trade shows, and meetings with partners & potential clients
- BS/BA required, a degree in business, marketing, or related field
- 3 years minimum related to mobile/online advertising experience
- At least 3 years working with mobile app developers is a plus
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Knowledge of the mobile advertising ecosystem and SDKs
- Ability to understand new concepts quickly and apply them
- Self-organized and proactive with attention to detail
- Data-driven mindset and the ability to analyze data for proposals and negotiation
- Thrive in a fast-paced, start-up environment and ability to perform under stress
- Familiar with Salesforce, MS Excel, Google Suite
- 10-30% traveling required
- Our team is dedicated to research and application of machine learning algorithms in computational advertising, integrating business-driven algorithm implementation with technical innovation.
- By designing ad system mechanisms and optimization strategies, we aim to achieve optimal user-ad matches and maximize the commercial value of traffic.
- Design algorithms for advertiser mechanisms (e.g., smart bidding), traffic and platform mechanisms (e.g., real-time control algorithms, calibration algorithms), to support sustainable growth in ad revenue.
- Build capabilities for various prediction models, including traffic cost prediction, traffic value estimation, and probability estimation for deep conversion events.
- Research cutting-edge machine learning technologies to address challenges in ad delivery and optimization.
- Master’s degree or above in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Automation, Electronics, or related fields.
- 3-5 years of relevant experience is preferred.
- Strong logical thinking, problem abstraction and modeling skills, and data analysis capabilities.
- Proficiency in machine learning, operations research, control algorithms, and computational advertising.
- Solid engineering and coding skills with a strong technical foundation.
- Practical experience in computational advertising or recommendation systems is highly preferred.
